Returns & Exchanges Policy

With our Returns & Exchanges policy, you can return your order(s). We think you will love our watches. However,  if you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of purchase under certain conditions. First of all, the watch must be unworn, unused and undamaged, while in its original package. We will also request proof of purchase to honor your refund. Please note that we will typically record your purchase if you provide us with your information when you check out.

Our customers are responsible for paying for the shipping cost to send back the returning product.

Returns & Exchanges Special Terms 

All orders must go through quality control, To protect all our customers and make sure we handle every return with reasonable fairness.  The refund will only be credited if the quality control yield is successful.

What is not eligible for Returns & Exchanges?

We cannot offer returns on pre-ordered items sold at a discount and products marked “final sale.”Exchange Policy

Returns

Start by emailing us at [email protected] with the title: Return, and attach your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. One of our associates will get back to you as soon as possible with more information and a return address. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, ensure a tracking number to protect you in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.

If you are issuing a return, you need to return the item to us within seven days of receiving the confirmation email from our return center. As long as you return the goods in their original condition without using it, they will go through the inspection, we will refind the cost of goods to the customer’s credit/debit card within 5-12 business days of the date we receive goods. We won’t accept the used orders. Any unauthorized goods returned to us shall be shipped to you without further liability for return or replacement. No return and refund apart from what is mentioned in this clause will be entertained by us.

Cancelation 

With our Returns & Exchanges policy, you may cancel your order by phone or email before the day of dispatch. We will refund the purchase cost to the payment credit/debit card. As the credit/debit card services will have processed payment, please note that the refund will be made to reflect a cancellation fee of 5% of the initial purchase price. This is to cover our merchant services costs levied as a result of the purchase.

Exchanges

We do not have an exchange program for our products. However, if you would like to change it with another Bajêr product or for a different color, size, or motif, please follow the process for return.

Then, you can place a new order on our online Bajer store for the item you would like to receive in exchange.
